Location: Fully Remote – Induction and product training is on site in Ollerton, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Job Description:
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our remote team. This role is integral to our commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer enquiries promptly via phone, email, and social media.
- Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Working closely with other teams to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
- Proactively identifying potential issues and working towards preventive measures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain composure under pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
- High level of professionalism and strong problem-solving skills.
